De asemenea, avanseaz\u0103 construc\u021bia ecoductului care va traversa R\u00e2ul Olt, DN7 \u0219i CF.<\/p>\n<p>Un alt aspect important men\u021bionat de Scrio\u0219teanu este demararea construc\u021biei unei fabrici speciale \u00een \u0218uici, jude\u021bul Arge\u0219, destinat\u0103 producerii elementelor prefabricate necesare pentru tunelul Poiana. Lucr\u0103rile pentru construirea portalurilor celor dou\u0103 fire de tunel au fost deja finalizate, iar acum se lucreaz\u0103 la sistemul de ancorare al Portalului 1, care va face leg\u0103tura spre Sibiu.
